Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email where available.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Before returning an item, please contact us with your order number for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Please include your order number with your return.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Order issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a short description of the issue and photos where relevant.

If the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product, we'll make it right.

Product care

To keep your t-shirt and print looking their best:

• Wash at 30°C
• Wash inside out
• Wash with similar colours
• Follow the care label
• Do not iron directly over printed areas

Minimum quantities

Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the garment, print method and project.

Get in touch with a short description of what you would like to make and the approximate quantity, and we can recommend the best approach.

Artwork

If you already have artwork, send the highest-quality version available.

Vector files are preferred where possible, but we can also help review your existing artwork and advise on what is suitable for production.

Proof approval

Before production begins, we will confirm the final artwork, placement and key production details with you.

Production will only begin once the project has been approved.

Production lead times

Production times depend on quantity, garment availability and print requirements.

We will confirm the expected timeline before production begins.

If you have a specific deadline, let us know when you get in touch.

Delivery

Finished orders can be shipped directly to you or another agreed delivery address.

Shipping costs and delivery timing will be confirmed as part of the project.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.

Once artwork has been approved or production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
