What does a custom project cost?+
Pricing depends on the product, quantity, branding and any expedited shipping needed. Our lean processes and considered production help us offer competitive pricing.
Can we start with a smaller run?+
Yes, minimum quantities vary by product and production method. We work with you to avoid overproduction and aim for right-sized inventory.
Who handles production?+
We coordinate sourcing, branding and delivery, so you have one point of contact throughout the project.
When is payment due?+
Payment is due in full before production begins. Once your project and artwork are approved, we send a payment link or invoice. Production starts after payment is received.
What artwork files do you accept?+
We prefer vector artwork supplied as a PDF, with fonts outlined where possible. AI, EPS and SVG files are also welcome. If you only have a PNG, JPG or a rough idea, send what you have and we’ll check what is suitable for your project.
